Who we are
This website is run by Sabai Mist, Thailand. You can reach us at hello@sabaimist.com.
Products and prices
Prices are in Thai baht. Delivery costs are shown before you place your order. We make every product by hand in small batches, so colour and scent can vary slightly between batches.
Your order
When you place an order, you receive an order number on screen. The contract is made once we confirm and send your order. If a product is unavailable or a price on the site is clearly wrong, we contact you before sending and you may cancel at no cost.
Payment
You can pay in cash on delivery or by card where the card option is offered. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Using our mists safely
- Mist around you, into the air or onto fabrics, whenever you like. Do not spray directly onto broken or irritated skin, and keep away from eyes.
- Contains alcohol: keep away from flames and heat.
- Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Try on a hidden spot first on delicate fabrics such as silk.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering products that are as described and safe when used as directed. We are not liable for damage caused by using a product against these directions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We would always rather solve a problem together first; just write to us.
