Who is responsible

What we collect
- When you order: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, what you ordered and how you paid.
- When you write to us: your name, email address and your message.
- When you visit: our server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for up to 14 days to keep the site secure.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To deliver your order and contact you about it (to perform our contract with you).
- To answer your messages (your request).
- To keep records that tax and accounting law requires (legal obligation).
- To keep the website safe (our legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Only with the delivery company that brings your parcel, and with our payment provider when you pay by card. We never sell your data.
Our website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with them.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for 5 years, as Thai accounting rules require. Messages are kept for 2 years, unless they belong to an order.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to see, correct, receive a copy of or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Write to us and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to orders is limited to the people who handle them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
