Where we deliver
We deliver everywhere in Thailand, including the islands. We do not ship abroad yet. If you would like to order from outside Thailand, send us a message and we will see what we can do.
Delivery cost and time
- Standard delivery costs up to 350 g: 50 THB; up to 1,000 g: 75 THB; up to 5,000 g: 150 THB.
- Delivery is free for orders from 2,000 THB.
- We pack and send your order within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we send you an email with the tracking number.
Cash on delivery
You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if you can; the courier may not carry change.
A damaged or wrong parcel
Glass travels well with us, but accidents happen. If your bottle arrives broken, leaking or not as ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including the delivery cost.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unopened, still-sealed bottles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Send us a message first and we will tell you where to send them. Once the bottles reach us in good condition, we refund the product price within 7 days. The cost of sending a return is yours, unless the return is because of a mistake on our side.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back bottles that have been opened or used.
